"Lots of Appointments, Not Much Change"
I went through the labs and follow-up visits, and after months of sticking with it, my health felt... pretty much exactly the same. So that was a fun little plot twist after all the time and effort.

"Helpful in theory, but confusing in practice"
I’ll give them credit, they clearly put a lot of information into the lab results, which is nice if you happen to already know what you’re looking at. Unfortunately, I found the results hard to read, and after going through everything I still had no clear idea what I was supposed to do next. It felt like it was trying to be thorough, but not exactly useful for a regular person.

"Left feeling confused"
I felt like everything was explained way too quickly and by the time I walked out I was still trying to piece together what I was supposed to do next, who to call if something changed, and whether I had actually understood any of the instructions at all.

"Booking Shouldn’t Be This Annoying"
I tried using the website to book something, and wow, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. You’d think something as basic as making a reservation would be straightforward, but apparently not. I got it done eventually, but the whole process could definitely use some work

"A rough start that didn’t give me much confidence"
The onboarding was kind of frustrating. I kept getting asked for info I’m sure I had already entered, and then I’d be wondering what was supposed to happen next. Also, I wasn’t really sure who I was meant to reach out to, which made the whole thing feel more confusing than it needed to be. There was just a lot of back and forth before I even got to the actual care part, and by then I didn’t feel great about moving forward.

"Just not enough medical clarity for me!!!"
I’ve got a bit of a medical background, so maybe I’m more picky about this stuff... but i didn’t feel totally comfortable with how vague the testing and treatment info was?? There were a lot of big health claims being made, but not nearly enough detail about the risks, the limits, or what follow-up would actually look like!!! Personally, I’d want a regular doctor involved before trying something like this

I reached out to support and, i just never got a reply. Like, I was waiting and checking back, thinking maybe they’d get to it eventually, but yeah, nothing ever came through. Kind of frustrating, to be honest.

"Long wait past my appointment"
I went in last week, I think it was Tuesday or maybe Wednesday, and ended up sitting there for almost an hour past my appointment time. I get that places run behind sometimes, but that felt way too long without much of an update

"Pricing was a bit confusing"
I liked the idea at first, but the pricing just wasn’t very clear upfront. I had to click around for a while and even then I was still like, wait, what am I actually going to be charged? It got a little frustrating, honestly.

"Shipping was kinda a mess"
I ordered from Ways2Well, and the shipping experience was kinda frustrating. My delivery kept getting pushed back, but I never really got a clear update on what was going on. The tracking just sat there for days, which made it even more annoying.
I ended up reaching out more than once, but still didn’t get much helpful info. The product might be fine, but the delivery process felt too unreliable for me to feel comfortable ordering again.

"Just a heads-up about the staff"
I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I wanted to warn others to keep expectations low when it comes to customer service here. There were a few times I felt completely ignored, and when I did get a response, it came across as rude and unprofessional. Maybe it was just a bad day, but it definitely made the experience less pleasant

"I feel like I paid a lot…"
I feel like I paid a lot more than this was worth. I wasn’t expecting anything over-the-top or amazing, but for the price, I thought I’d at least get something that felt useful, complete, or worth the money. Instead, it felt like I barely got anything at all, which made the whole purchase disappointing. It’s that frustrating feeling where you keep thinking, “Wait, that’s it?” after you’ve already spent the money.

"Frustrating Patient Portal Experience"
I had a rough time using the patient portal. The login kept giving me trouble, the messages weren’t very clear, and it took way too long to find the info I needed. Something about it just made the whole process feel more stressful than it should’ve been.

"I lost trust in how clean this clinic is"
The waiting area didn’t feel clean at all. The floors looked dusty, things seemed messy, and the whole room just felt like nobody was really taking care of it. I was uncomfortable sitting there the whole time, and it made me lose trust in the clinic before I was even seen. I left feeling really disappointed.

"More hassle than I expected"
I went with Ways2Well thinking the lab testing part would be straightforward, but it wasn’t as convenient as I hoped. Trying to find a good time and location ended up being more annoying than I expected, and then I felt like I was going back and forth more than I should have. Maybe I just hit it at a bad time, I don’t know, but the info wasn’t super clear either, which didn’t help. It might work fine for other people, but for me it felt like extra hassle when I was expecting something simple

I had a frustrating experience with ways2well trying to get access to supplements and medication. It wasn’t really clear what I could get, when it would be available, or what the next steps were. I kept feeling like I had to chase down basic information, and the whole thing just gave me this no-real-person-there kind of feeling. For something health-related, that’s not really what you want. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Follow-up was really disappointing"
My first visit was fine, nothing too bad. But after that?? The follow-up was frustrating. I couldn’t get clear answers, and it felt like no one was actually keeping track of what was going on. I had to keep reaching out just to get updates, which gets old fast. For me, it just wasn’t worth it.

"Poor Communication and Empty Promises"
The communication from the provider was really disappointing. They kept saying they’d follow up or get back to me, but it just never really happened. It felt like a lot of promises were made and then forgotten, which made the whole experience frustrating.
